Do you eat breakfast each day?

Yes I eat breakfast every day because I have to make it for the kids. Plus I know it's one of the more important of meals.

Yes I do, but not until I get settled in at work. Computer, check messages, THEN coffee (Oh... bliss).

I try to eat a bowl of cereal with my daughter....but I often skip eating till lunch. Really bad habit....trying to eat better now and it is a slow process :)

Definitely. If I don't eat breakfast I wind up getting a headache and that is a BAD way to start the day.
Most days I do, but sometimes I get so busy, I just forgett and then about 10 am I wonder why I'm so hungry.
Indeed, I do. I used to drink just a cup of coffee and call it "breakfast" before I found out I was pregnant. Now, I eat raisin bran crunch every morning. yum!
I eat a bowl of cereal every single morning----sometimes cold like Shredded Wheat and sometimes hot like Oatmeal. I couldn't get through my day without it!
No I don't eat breakfast. Never have and probably never will. It's usually about 3 hours after I get up that I might eat.
Now coffee that's another thing.

I get breakfast once in awhile. I am going to try to start eating breakfast again as soon as I discover a routine that works well for me.
I rarely eat anything before 1PM these days. I seem to have too much to do in the morning to prepare breakfast for myself. I never forget to make a coffee for myself though!
Lately I've been eating Special K every morning :) I feel good about it!

In the 30 some years I've lived....generally no....BUT for the past 3 weeks I've had to because my doctor says so. HA....oh, it's been hard. I'm not hungry!
Definitely. If I don't eat breakfast suffer from headache and weakness abd that is a BAD way to start the day.
I have to make breakfast for the kids. So I eat as well. Helps to wake me up. :)
I always do. I've heard it jumpstarts the metabolism - and I could sure use a metabolism jump start :D
Ummm - I usually don't. I know, I know it's bad not to eat breakfast, but I don't like eating first thing, and then I get busy doing stuff. I finally usually grab a Special K bar. Great question!
Mmm... Does coffee count? I know, horrible...
