Aloha Friday: Will your guest room be full?

My Question:

Who are you looking forward to spending the most time with during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays?

******************************************
We were hoping to spend our holidays with family but travel is out this year for budget reasons and every one lives at least two/three days driving.  Another very dear thing that I wanted so badly was to have a foster or adopted child with us this year (that has not work out just yet so we'll wait).  So for us it will just be our immediate family.

Have a wonderful weekend! Aloha!

  5. We would love if we could make it to be with family and good friends.. but unfortunately by now the plane tickets are just too expensive and it looks like 70% we won't be able to make.. we hope there's gonna be a huge reduction with the left over tickets close to Christmas... if not... we have to figure out another plan..:P
    Happy Friday!

  6. We're looking forward to spending time with our close friend over Thanksgiving without having to act differently around his pseudo girlfriend since she won't be here.

We won't have any guests at Christmas. Looking forward to spending time with just us.

  17. We'll have a houseful of siblings and their families this year. My kids can't wait to play with their cousins, but I'm having a baby in less than a month and kind of wish I could have the year off from playing hostess during the holidays! Oh well!
