Aloha Friday: Will your guest room be full?
My Question:
Who are you looking forward to spending the most time with during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays?

We were hoping to spend our holidays with family but travel is out this year for budget reasons and every one lives at least two/three days driving. Another very dear thing that I wanted so badly was to have a foster or adopted child with us this year (that has not work out just yet so we'll wait). So for us it will just be our immediate family.

We don't have a guest room :D But no. No one is visiting from out of state this year.
I don't have a guest room but I always look forward to visiting with my grandmother.
My guest rooms are full of junk. Does that count? :)
My family & my mom.
OUR house if full enough with those who live here so no guests but I look forward to spending it with my mother and nieces and nephews
We would love if we could make it to be with family and good friends.. but unfortunately by now the plane tickets are just too expensive and it looks like 70% we won't be able to make.. we hope there's gonna be a huge reduction with the left over tickets close to Christmas... if not... we have to figure out another plan..:P

We're looking forward to spending time with our close friend over Thanksgiving without having to act differently around his pseudo girlfriend since she won't be here.
We won't have any guests at Christmas. Looking forward to spending time with just us.
We won't have anyone at our house. We are praying my father in-law is up for us coming to his house.
My sister-in-law and her husband, critter and Alex. My new family and I love them greatly.
My sisters family. They are up from Houston. I love to just sit home after I eat, lol. I'm too stuffed to do anything.

What guest room?! LOL Lots of extended family is coming into town, but they are staying with my Aunt's family and grandmother.
The baby just took over the guest room! LOL! My aunt is coming in and staying with my mom. I like just spending time with everyone as a family-it's so nice.
My husband and sons. We do not have any extended family we celebrate holidays with.

My husband's family! We only see his cousins once a year and I can't wait to see them again :)
We go to visit my family during the holidays (they live 4hrs away). I am really looking forward to going.
We'll have a houseful of siblings and their families this year. My kids can't wait to play with their cousins, but I'm having a baby in less than a month and kind of wish I could have the year off from playing hostess during the holidays! Oh well!

We go and stay at my in laws for a couple of nights over Christmas. It is just so much work though, packing up three kids and going and then repacking and coming home. BUT, would not miss the chance to go and the kids to see some relatives that they don't normally see!
We are going to celebrate with Family (we live near).
