Feed Your Mind - Aloha Friday

My Question:
What are you reading now? Book? Magazine? School Lit...tell me.
*******
The book I'm reading is making me cry. It's like I am feeling a part of the tremendous pain all over again and I imagine how much more it hurts God.

Kailani says "In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too. Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response."

  1. I'm reading "Dead and Gone" which is one of the Sookie Stackhouse novels by Charlaine Harris (aka True Blood). It's not very well written but she weaves a good enough story that I find myself compelled to find out what happens to everyone.

  2. I really don't read that much until the winter time if I do at all. I have two Stephen King books I bought waiting for me though. That Anne Frank Story. i saw the movie and I was held captive the whole time. It was a great movie. The kind that you're on the end of your chair.

  3. Right now I have taken a little bit of a break from reading books, so it's pretty much blogs right now. I love the Diary Of Anne Frank, I've read it several times in my life and it always feels "new" when I read it.

  12. Oh I read that book long ago and I think if I read it again today it would impact me more than it did then.

As for current reading material, nothing but a couple magazines that I get in the mail. I just started getting my new Shape magazine and timing is perfect for getting into spring work out mode.

    Happy Friday!

  19. I'm reading Tell me you're one of them...don't know how to spell author's name right now.

Read Anne Frank way too many times. It is so traumatizing. But my daughter read it in grade 4...how the heck could she get from it what I got from it in my teens and later?
    Sorry rhetorical question.
