Monday Mingle: Your wild side, being elected to office, wedding memories, Easter

If you'd like to join in the fun, do a short vlog on your blog answering the week's questions (however many you choose), post the above button on your site and link up at Eighty MPH Mom. Visit the other participants, learn about them and have fun! Trust me, if I can do it, then you can.  Plus you can send in your questions to Jennifer for the next mingle via the form on her site. Come on jump in!

This week's questions (submitted by Karie from The Five Fish - thanks Karie!):
1. So you must be a little on the wild side about any tattoos? Piercings? Show us your wild side. If you are free of any taintings do you want any? Piercings or tattoos?

2. Considering the state of our world today what is one thing you might change, suggest, or push for or against if you were to be elected to office?

3. Reminiscing about my impending 10 yr anniversary, can any of you recall your wedding day? Vows? Any funny or memorable moments from your special day?

1. Do you remember the first blog you started following? If so, who & why did you keep going back for more?
2. Pretend you are 16. Being able to look ahead at your life now, what would you, at 16, have found most shocking or unexpected about the life you ended up having?
3. As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up? What would you be now if you could do it all over again?

  1. No tattoos for me either!

I love your wish for every child to have a home!

  2. Hello!

It sounds like your kids are having fun back there : )

No tats for you? LOL they don't hurt too bad, but it does depend on where you get them...for me, the closer it went to my neck that hurt a bit.

I agree with you on helping the kids - I shudder to think of what you went through and what so many others are going through. Every child does need a home. You are such a sweetie...

I hope you and the family had a wonderful Easter!

    Thanks so much for mingling!

  3. I love listening to the little voices in the background.

I love your wish for the children of our country - I think that foster parenting should be more widely encouraged - everyone should have a home to go home to and a family to take care of them! :)

Happy Easter - Have a great week!

  4. Happy Easter!
    cool music

    have fun filling your basket!

    solutions are posted!
    Happy Monday ahead!

  7. Happy Easter! Your Monday Mingle was so cute! Hope you have a great week!

  8. Cute mingle as always.
I like your header change. So RELAXING. You must know how to let it go, huh?
Hope you have a good week this next week. It is BACK to School from Spring BReak this week. Yeah!

Although I bet I will miss them. *sigh*

  9. Your kids sound super cute in the background. :)

I like your plan for the children of the country. Very nice.

Not dancing at your wedding? Crazy girl!

    Have a great week!

  10. LOL -- You are such a cutie pie! You know what though one time I'd like to see a video of my blogger friends being just them like I'm sitting here right now. The only thing I've done today is brush my teeth, wash my face & brushed my hair & tied it up (I have long hair). I've still got my jamas on. My nightgown, and pajama bottoms (my legs got cold - hehe -) You know one of those come as you are videos. BUT NO -- All you gals got to play Susie Homemaker! PA - LEEEEASSSSE! ~HAHAHAHAHAHA~ I don't believe it for one minute that you look like that all the time. SHEESH! LOL

  11. I think your wish for a home for every child is a beautiful one. It sounds like you had a rough childhood.

Your kids sound like they were having fun!

  12. Wow. This mingle thing looks pretty neat! I'm going to check out the site. Maybe I'll even make a video! Who knows... lol

  13. Happy Easter my friend! You look gorgeous today :)

I think helping kids should be everyone's priority, such innocent lives deserve all of our help and resources. You have a heart of gold :)

  14. No tattoos for me either.

I also think if we keep children our priority, many other goals fall in place too.

    Happy Easter.

(Love the sounds of your kids in the background.)

  15. I love your goal. I think that'd be a fantastic thing to push for.
Oh we didn't dance either... LOL Dance at your renewal - for sure :)

  16. I love hearing the kids in the back ground! That really shows you are a mom blogger :o)

  17. I did get to dance at my wedding, but I didn't get a chance to talk to everyone and thank them. I really regret that.

I completely forgot to say I also had my ears pierced in my mingle! whoops!

I like you goal of giving every child a home. Fantastic idea, for sure.
Nice mingle, see you next week!

  18. Hello love! I am so late! I am so behind this week...I know I so suck! Your skin is too pretty for yes, I think that is fitting for you. ;)

Your heart is so big I love you for that!

I hope you had a great week my beautiful bloggy friend! ((HUGS))
