My Father Walked Away - Happy Father's Day

My mother was 19 years old when she found out she was pregnant. Neighbors told my 'father', that she was pregnant. He went and poked around on her tummy while she was at work.

That evening when my mother went home, all his things were gone.

He left.

She only saw him once again after that. They were standing across the street from each other. They did not speak to each other. I don't know if it was after I was born or while she was still pregnant.

I'm now almost 30. I do not know my father. He doesn't know me.

I still pray for him. I hope he is alive. I hope to meet him. I just want to know what is in his heart then and now.

Despite it all, my heart wants to know.

However, I have a husband who is present in his children lives and I'm so grateful I made the right choice in choosing / accepting this man as my husband.

He is strong and very smart and quick witted. He loves to give. I admire this in him so much. He is meticulous with our finances and I feel that I can trust him financially.

He loves the Lord and he loves me and he loves his children.

Happy Father's Day love.

P.s I think you are sexy and reminds me of one of my fave actors Ralph Fiennes :) *smooch*

We have come a long way, haven't we love?
