There are many concerns that pops up when your children begins school and one of those important ones are how to prevent head lice or what to do if your child get infected. To be honest, I freak out about the thought of my kids getting head lice. 

I keep giving my son's head the weird eye every day I pick him up from school and I promise you, once it's in your head, you can't get rid of the thought. 

I am using the Zippity Doo's children hair products when I groom their hair and I feel a bit better that I have some sort of control over the prevention of them getting head lice. 

I wash both my children hair with the Zippity Doo's Shampoo and Conditioner. They both work very well and the only thing I wished was that the conditioner made my daughter's hair abit softer. 

For my daughter's hair I use the Zippity Doo's Styling Gel so that her hair will keep for a few days without me having to do it every morning before taking the boy to school. The morning routine just does not afford me the luxury of doing her hair every day.  
I was really amazed that the gel didn't get hard and flaky after being used. I'm absolutely delighted that it does not. I'm used to styling gels that dries really hard and flakes. This gel moisturizes and keeps the locks in place really well and my daughter's hair remains soft and bouncy. I love it! 

The Zippity Doo's Styling Gel has the right consistency, not to watery and not too thick. 

The Zippity Doo's Shield Spray I use on my son's hair before he goes off to school in hopes of preventing him from getting head lice. I learned that I can also spray his book sack and shoes and other surfaces with this spray, and for me, that is really great news because I was concerned about other surface areas they might attach themselves.


The smell is like tea tree oil...it's mild and not overpowering or gagging. It's nice.

I'm so glad for these products and when I do run out, I'll definitely be buying more!
