How Healthy Is Your Mouth And The Mouths That You Kiss?

The past few weeks I've been all up in my mouth's business like no other and oh the stuff happening is on fire!

I've been using the Crest Pro-Health Invigorating Clean multi-Protection Rinse in place of my not-so-regular mouthwash and there is a major difference!

I love how clean and fresh my mouth smell after using the rinse and I feel confident talking face to face (without freaking out if my breath is making them gag) with people and kissing the hubs spontaneously (instead of thinking, maybe I need to brush first or etc).

Of course I don't get to visit the dentist (costly), as much as I'd want to, so any help with my oral health is welcomed!

I also notice after each use of the mouth rinse, that it seems my mouth is literally standing attention! There is just something different about what's happening in there that is kinda hard to explain. There is also a texture thing as if the tissues of my mouth has been coated with something and for awhile it feels weird, but it's nothing uncomfortable and it doesn't change how you taste your food or anything, it's just something I noticed.

I used the mouth rinse after I wake up in the mornings and sometimes I used it as a liquid toothpaste because I want to multi-task and have to be on the rush in the mornings.
At nights I usually use it after brushing with toothpaste, but after I couldn't stand the burn from swishing anymore (maybe I kept it in too long?) I started to use it for brushing instead.

I think the Crest Pro-Health Invigorating Clean Multi-protection rinse does live up to it's claims and is definitely invigorating and freshens my breath daily. I also felt confident that it protected my teeth by killing germs, gingivitis and stave off plaque throughout the day and while I was sleeping at night.

The one thing I did not like was the fire! Burn!

The first swig of the mouth rinse and I thought, well I just need to get used to it, but hot dog that is some major burn!

The next couple of days I'm thinking well, I might need to stop using this or I'll end up in the hospital!!

By the end of the week, I had turned it into liquid toothpaste.

The first time I used it it burned so much, I thought my mouth would stop talking to me.

The next couple of days put me in a spot where the tip of my tongue was tender from being burned. After that I couldn't do the swig and shake anymore so I used the mouth rinse to brush my teeth and tongue instead.

It's a great mouthwash for oral health, but I just cannot deal with the burn! If you like your hot swishing swisheroo, then by all means go for it. Plus everyone has different take on personal products that they want to use.

Come on go give it a try!

  1. That's the problem with a lot of mouthwashes, isn't it?
