I'm usually intrigued by motorcycles. I don't necessarily want one, but like to look at them.
I don't mind riding on them either but I have to know it's not someone who like to show off.
When I was working I did ride on a few bikes to get from point A to be but it was usually with men who were in too many crashes and it scared the eeks outta me.
What about you?
1. Do you own a motorcycle?
2. Have you ridden on one before?
I want bagels and Nutella alot this week. I'm indulging.
What is your foodie thing for this week?
I am also joining in with Friday Follow. So if you happen to visit and follow me, I will definitely be returning the love. Just let me know that you do in a comment.

I had a friend when I was young that had a motorcycle and I loved ridding on it. I follow you :)
ReplyDeletehubby has one...
ReplyDeletehe had me ride it once..
NOT MY CUP OF TEA.
once was more than enough..
NO MORE :)
I've had three wheeled motorcycles years ago and we rode them in the sand at Pismo beach or Glamis. I told my then husband that a street motorcycle was grounds for divorce. Shortly after our divorce (hehe) he bought a Harley AND...I keep a big life insurance policy on him. ;D
ReplyDeletei have ridden on one. scary fast! but i'm not at all interested in motorcycles or motorcycle shows (from my flying fingers to hubby's ear; i wish!)
ReplyDeleteMy husband use to race motocross in Honolulu..I understand your feelings. He's always had a bike but is very professional and would pack me..(we haven't been on a ride for some time though) still I get a little nervous (it's just feeling so vulnerable I guess? We've had many fun times though and were able to go where a regular vehicle wouldn't.
ReplyDeleteHaagen Dazs (Mint chocolate) to the 2 Q~
And I am following you..
I've never owned a motorcycle or ridden on one. Most of the people I know that own them, have them just for show so, I would never feel safe riding with them.
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend!
We do not own motorcycles and I don't think I've ever ridden one. Motorcyles scare me, I guess it goes back to my days as a nursing student when I worked in the ER (saw several motorcycle wreck victims). My 17 yr. old son just told me he wants to buy a motorcycle and I'm pretty upset about it, trying to talk him out of it.
ReplyDeleteA couple years ago, my husband bought a dirt-bike on a whim. He really had no business getting one because he had no experience and no place to ride it. But, I guess he thought of it as an exciting toy. He had a wreck on our street and hit the back of his head (no helmet!). He had vision problems for almost a year and I really think it has slightly affected his memory. Sorry if I sound like a big downer...I'm just really scared of motorcycles.
Have a nice weekend!
We don't own one, however when I was in HS, I did ride on one and was terrified. My youngest son lost a close friend, matter of fact, he was the last to talk to him, in a motorcycle accident.
ReplyDeleteI rode on one as a kid. I would love to own one but not where I live (Tampa) too hot, too much rain, and too much traffic!
ReplyDeleteNo motorcycle here and have never gone on one. My food thing is all breads before Passover right now.
ReplyDeleteMy foody thing right now is chocolate. And lots of it.

Do I own a motorcycle - nope
ReplyDeleteHave I ever ridden one - nope
Would I ever - nope they terrify me
I have never had a motorcycle but all my 3 brothers have one and they scare me. I think they scare me because everytime I got on one with those boys they would take off or do some stupid trick while I was on the back. I'll pass :P
ReplyDeleteI am TERRIFIED of motorcycles! I've never been on one but I love looking at Harleys. You know, come to think of it, I've never eaten Nutella! I live a sheltered life. LOL
ReplyDeleteThank for the Friday Food Fight link up and love. :-) Have a great weekend, mama!
I love nutella too.. haven't ridden on bikes as am really frightened of it.
ReplyDelete1) I don't like motorcycle because they're too noisy.
ReplyDelete2) I haven't ridden on one yet..I'm frightened of them..
My hubby has a Triumph, but I wont get on it! I got on a motorcycle once when I was younger and someone tried to run us off the road! Mmm Nope I'll pass on the motorcycle! lol Now pass the Nutella it's one of my favorites! Hazlenut and chocolate! YUM!
ReplyDeleteI don't own one.
ReplyDeleteI have been a passenger riding way too fast.
No I don't own a motorbike.
ReplyDeleteYes i rode on some of it.
And yes I might own one for convenience (it is easier to navigate through traffic and parking, cost less fuel, and won't eat a lot of space)
But I prefer my bicycle ;-)
Hi!
ReplyDeleteI don't own a bike these days.
The last time was when I was 16.
I wasn't wearing a helmet and ran into a tree.
It required 325 stitches in my forehead.
My hubby is talking about getting a bike to go to work on because of the high gas prices.

My dad had a motorcycle for years when I was young - I loved riding along with him. I dated a guy that owned a motorcycle that I loved riding around on, too. I've never owned one, but I've driven them, too. I don't think my Absent Minded Professor hubby would ever get one. ;)
ReplyDeleteAloha: Getting Smart
My husband owns a motorcycle but doesn't ride it--thank God! I will never drive one or be a passenger on one. My neighbor lost both legs in a motorcyle accident last year, and he was a very experienced driver.
ReplyDeleteNo Bike, have been on many, and plan on getting my license! :)
ReplyDeleteAnd speaking oif Nutella, have you tried Nutella Crescents? YUMMY

I want to ride one myself sometimes. I don't think I like taking the back seat. I don't have a motorcycle, but I think it will have to be next life.
