Taught the three year old to ride. took only two weeks. She is a natural!
She had her training wheels on during the 3weeks it took to train her brother. I too them off and we started and within days she had the hang of it!
We celebrated falls and I told her she could boast to her friends how she fell riding her bike and etc.
Of course lollipops make everything better next to mommy's kisses :)
My three year old is now racing her brother!
Love it!

Awesome rider! Riding a bike was the first and only one a a few things my son ever acomplished earlier than his older sister, I don't think she has ever gotten over it. Her husband has about 10 inches overall height on her and is an avid rider she still hates getting left in the dust!!!!!
ReplyDeleteamazingly, her bike is pink!
ReplyDeleteYAY!!!! That's great!
ReplyDeleteDo you offer a course in how to teach your children to ride a bike in under 3 weeks? Seriously, my 9 year old won't take off her training wheels. It's a sad sight.
WOW!!! 3 yo and riding w/o training wheels!!! You do have a natural! Happy WW!

Wow, look at her go! Talk about a natural xD
ReplyDeleteThe memories with my bike were probably some of the greatest I had from childhood so I have no doubt your kids are going to have some memories to carry with them as well!
So that's just too beautiful! I remember when... brings tears to my eyes. Aren't they the cutest when they get on the ol' bike? But she's just a baby! My goodness you have to be so very proud.
ReplyDeleteWow, three without training wheels? That's great. My kids I think were more like at least 7!
