Oh goodness! I love them both. I love 70's music! Thanks to Naila Moon we're doing the 70's thing! Woo Hoo! Enjoy your Labor Day & have fun!
ReplyDeleteHappy Labor Day, I love these two songs, especially the one from Bryan A., it's sentimental. :-)
ReplyDeleteShows you what I know - or should I say don't know...I didn't realize those two songs were from teh 70's! I love them!! :) Great choices!
ReplyDeleteWe Will Rock You with a Bohemian Rhapsody on the Stairway to Heaven in your Hotel California
I play the stand up bass, and Stand by me has always been one of my faves to play.
ReplyDeleteAwesome choices! I agree with Stacy... I've been hearing so many old familiars today that it never occurred to me were from the '70s!
ReplyDeleteStand By Me is one of my favorite songs. Love that you thought outside of the 70s jukebox and picked something other than a rock band, even though I love me some Zeppelin. ;-) Great picks, mama!
ReplyDeleteKudos for these songs. I like the John Lennon's Stand By Me version but this one here is great, too! Bryan Adams song is someone from a very dedicated heart.
