When I was a child, I listened to that song by Pet shop boys and now to hear it again takes me back to that time. It's awful sad in my memories. It's as if it's also a reminder not to take something, someone for granted and how short or long time and life can be. Not sure why the song has such an effect on me, but then it's music and we know how music can transport you into anything right.

I had a rough time choosing 1980s music. That was my time! My era - I was an 1980s teenager and was soooo into my music (even back then). Thats actually where my love for music all started.

ReplyDeleteI don't know how many times I sang and swayed my body to Cyndi Lauper's Girls just wanna have fun in high school. I was crazy about 80s music. Well because I was a teenager then and you know how teenagers are with their music :)
