Are you a night owl for bedtime too?
or
Are you a good bedtime routine person who gets their 9hrs?
I am bad! I go to bed even 3am and have to wake at 5am. The alarm goes off and we play tag until the very last minute that I MUST get up or I'll be that bad , awful parent.
Kids must be in school on time.
I feel like waddle-doo.
But once I get a bounce I'm actually fine and just rearing to go.
But then again, I just have to squeeze all the day out like a wet rag :)

I'm an early-to-bed gal.
ReplyDeleteMostly a night owl, but lately not past midnight because I have started getting up at 6:30 a.m. to make breakfast for hubby & I like having the entire morning for me.
ReplyDeleteI'm most DEFINITELY a night owl. Probably to my own detriment, too. LOL
ReplyDeleteHope this Friday is the start of a marvelous weekend for you!
I'm a night owl. I get less than 5 hours of sleep a day.
ReplyDelete9 hours of sleep would be a goal for me to work on, but I know I won't get there. I have a routine to go to bed before midnight, and up at 6:00 to get every thing done.
ReplyDeleteI like that photo..
You sounds just like me sista. During my first years blogging, my sleep patterns were just like the way you described. I would stay up until 3am and wake again at 6:30am or something close. I can function fine once I have a jolt of energy, or a mind conquering moment..."I am ok. Lack of sleep is not effecting me..."
ReplyDeleteToo much to do and so little time to do it. So we cheat on our sleep to make more time to do what has to be done.
Definitely a night owl! I sleep late and wake up early, but I'd much rather wake up later :)
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, I love that picture.
ReplyDeleteI am definitely a night owl. Playing tag with the alarm clock is something I do often. When I started blogging I started getting even less sleep than before. Usually a cup or two of coffee and I'm good for the day.
Oh, you too! Then the next day I am drained. You know what makes it worse. I wrote an article about sleep deprivation and the effect on our health!
ReplyDeleteI am probably the weirdest one. I can't stay up pass 9:00 PM, so I wen to to bed, but usually wake up around 3:00 AM. After tossing and turning for a while, I have to get out of bed and start my work..It is a vicious circle and I need more sleeping hours, but just can't!
ReplyDeleteNight owl here too...late to bed and early to rise. If only there were more hours in a day... :)
ReplyDeleteI usually stay up late. What time I get up in the morning depends on if the kids have school or not.
