Usually I get online and waste time, plug my headphones in and knit. If that doesn't work, I'll take a nap. :)

ReplyDeletefor my soul, I've started to go back to church for three months now. Yeah! For myself, I watch a movie, show of interest, and I write. It works for me...when I really need some pep-up I think of creative things to do. I like your list, I should try those more often, just that my therapy is doing things, it would be less therapeutic for me to sit and veg.
FYI- did you do something different? your comment form seemed normal again, no more disappering.

When I am running empty and doubtful, I spend quiet time and re-organize my thought on what is important to me. Silent prayer and be alone seems to help tremendously.
