Summer Weapons That You Need To Protect Your Skin!

Are you protecting yourself? Sometimes it's hard to remember everything, but if you start with one thing and do it over and over then it becomes routine and you can add on as you go along.

1. Wear sunscreen! Put it on 15 minutes before going outside. Reapply every 2 hours. And please do not forget your kids!


2. Wear sun protective clothing! Look for UPF30 or higher.

3. Wear sunglasses! Trust me, even if you wear prescription glasses, you can find something to fit over them.

4. Wear a hat!

5. Wear daily moisturizers w/ SPF to protect you even on cloudy days!

6. Stay inside between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. when the sun’s rays highest and most dangerous!

We have to make it a choice to take care of ourselves without having to use chemicals later or suffer other consequences.
