The Vow - True Events

They write such sweet romantic and real to life movies and sometimes you can't help but wonder if those thoughts put into movies and books aren't part of true life experiences....or maybe just wishes of how people wish things were with their lives.

How many of us get to experience these beautiful love moments in life that feeds our soul when things are not going well? It seems in my head, it's rare or just for the birds..movies..books etc.

But at least I can dream and enjoy this profound movie.

have you seen The Vow?
This one is actually based on TRUE EVENTS!

The couple who inspired this movie are still married and have two children. The woman never regained her memories.

Isn't that something?

Wow.

  1. I have not seen this movie and I couldn't imagine losing my memories or dealing with my husband if he couldn't remember our past, that would be so frustrating.

  2. OMG That is just too sad! I don't know what I would do if that ever happened to me & Dave. I don't like sad movies.

  3. I didn't know that was based on a true story. I like both of those actors. The Notebook (that's when I first started liking her) was my all-time favorite love story. I can't even imagine... Def. only in the movies. But I'm happy with reality too (even if it does fall way short of Hollywood standards in the romance department ;) ).
