It has been a long week.
- Lady flo is not nice. I need morphine drip.
- My kids one activity each has been coinciding all over the place, leaving me stressed.
- Learning to do makeup at my age is no fun! It leaves me in banshee mode.
- I think I might be breathing through my nose again....it's stop and go, but waiting for the meds to work.
- Both my kids are sick. Well one is on the mend.
Sometimes you want things to work quickly but God has other plans. For now and since I've been waiting and praying, I'll wait.
Have you thought of adoption or foster care in your family?

I believe I have briefly, but having four children, and now nine grandkids I have had my limit, but yes I have thought about it. Lovely song. Thanks for sharing and have a rockin'; week my friend. Ooops the train is here gotta fly to the next stop!!! :)
ReplyDeleteSuch a blessing to see grandchildren.
DeleteThank you Dolly! :)
I have only because I could not have any more children after my sixth one. Now I am looking forward to grandchildren
ReplyDeleteYou will be delighted! I've heard the stories :)
DeleteMy parents wanted to adopt but I always objected. Selfish, self-centered me, argh! I'm an only child and expected all the attention while growing up. Just a few minutes ago while in the shower I thought of adoption. No pregnancy blues, no labor pains wohooo! Well, if it's granted I think I'll consider the option.
ReplyDeleteThings always work out in the right time :)
DeleteWe did! We fostered Little Dude for a year then officially adopted him last June. It's been quite the challenge, and Princess Nagger is happy to have a little brother but bummed about not being the only child anymore. ;) Personally I'd love to adopt another in the future - we'll see how it goes after we move. :)
ReplyDeleteLOVE the song, Callie! Have a great week! :)
The Cello Song lets you Get Your Shine On the Open Road I’m Runnin’ Out Of Air so Tonight I’m Getting Over You… Stompa!
And you my sweet is my inspiration!
DeleteI can't wait for such a blessing!
I would love to adopt especially since Tamirisc and I have no children together or the possibility. Unfortunately, I do not think that is even a possibility but you never know what the Creator wants for you.
ReplyDeleteI was a foster Mom a long time ago. Of course I have my own two kids and grands.
Beautiful song.
Have a great Monday!

I do hope you get to do so.
DeleteAnd it's true, you never know what the creator will do.
My thoughts went to Sarah :)
I have thought of adoption or fostering. My grandmother was a child of adoption. I enjoyed your music choices! I'm just hopping around on the Monday Music Bog Hop.
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing and hopping around. I appreciate you!
Deletesorry you're not feeling well. that's been my entire house this month. I hope we are all on the mend now.
ReplyDeleteI've often thought about adopting or even fostering. My hubby is not exactly on board though - he feels our own 3 is enough. he's probably right at this point in our lives too. but I love the idea.
beautiful song :)
I do hope y'all feel well soon. Tis no fun being down.
DeleteThe man are usually heavy footed about it :)
