It might seem that I'm small but I really do have a pooch and it's not a little thing either and I think it adds much to my pounds.
It has found home since the birth of my children and I have not treated it with much contempt :) See I want to get pregnant again a few times and figured I'd just exercise and try but not just beat it away, after all, it's going to stretch again.
We've been trying, but it's taking awhile and so I might as well just live and get rid of this pooch.
So I'll be planking :)

Its time for the Plank You Very Much Challenge! For May, lets try an isometric exercise to tighten your core that you can do just about anywhere (and people do). The plank exercise helps strengthen midsection, upper-body and lower-body muscles along the front of your body. Planks also strengthen the inner core muscles that support your joints. The rules are simple, you must follow the three week schedule exactly and while you plank, you must keep a smile on your face the entire time. Plank You Very Much!
