Last night I stayed up all night until 8:30am doing my daughter's hair. Of course she fell asleep and so I was doing the pretzel maneuver, trying not to wake her up and to get the hair done.
I was fortified to finish, and I'm glad that I got it all done in one swoop even though it robbed me of sleep.
I also have to say; Thank God it's Summer break! She just went to her real bed later and slept until 11am.
I'll share photos of her hair later.
Woke at 2pm. What a day!
So in my oldies, I pulled an all nighter. Of course I wasn't partying, but I'm sure that I might be just a bit crabby. It just hasn't had reason to surface. However I can feel the brain burn. Some of you might know what that feels like.
My question for this Aloha Friday?
1. Have you pulled an all-nighter before?
Would you do it again?
We've been missing Aloha Friday. If you are missing it, then do hang out with Pamela - and I and we'll visit y'all too.
You can also take part in Amanda's Two Question Thursday which is going strong many years now.
We'll continue in honor of Kailani's fun rules:
“Welcome to this week’s edition of Aloha Friday. In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too. Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response. If you’d like to participate, just post your own question on your blog and leave your Aloha Friday post link below. Also, please consider linking back to this post so that others can join in, too! Don’t forget to visit the other participants! It’s a great way to make new bloggy friends!” – Kailani
