Are You A Squisher Or A Trap-and-Releaser?

And I'm not just talking about spiders.  There are lizards, roaches, and all the other creepy crawlies that comes inside your home.

I tell ya. I do not want to be brave. I want to run away and hide. But I have kids and because I'm the one home most of the time, I have to take care of the problems because the kids are already running and screaming, about to convulse! My gosh you should see my son!! He is 8! My 6 year old daughter is usually the one comforting him. "Come on D, it's okay, the bug is all gone now." It's sad and funny at the same time.

I would hope the man would do more of this bug thing, but he is rarely home. And when he is not working he is away doing his own business.

So I pretend to be brave for my loves.

Once I shooed a lizard out the door. It was inside for a few days and I'm sure it was happy to smell fresh air in that direction.

I had killed one before because I was scared and I cried  for it. I never wanted to do that again. I just don't want them to jump on me.

Now if it's a roach, spider, other flying or creeping bugs, it's all out war! And no one can sleep until the one we saw creep no more.

I feel bad. I do. I keep thinking God made them for a purpose, but could they just stay outside. Plus spiders can be deadly, roaches are nasty and etc etc.

Plus I feel if even one got away, it is going to tell all their friends and come ambush me later or whenever. NOPE. I'm a screaming maniacal hunter-down smasher!

SAVE Big With The #KmartBackToSchool Savings And Give Your Budget A Break!

This is a sponsored post. I am a Kmart Blogger, though all opinions are my own.

This year back to school materials shopping was a bit harder. Usually I'd shop all year and when it was time for back to school items, I would have most everything in my arsenal. However because of a messy budget this year, I had only so much for groceries each time I would go to the store.  Maybe next year will be better deovolente.

However we didn't have to do school uniform purchases this year, except for a pair of school pants and socks for the boy, and backpack and socks for baby girl. Not having to buy all those uniforms really helped on our budget.

Great news: You can SAVE Big With The #KmartBackToSchool Savings
Doesn't it seem like every year your kids get busier and busier?
As the years go by, activities get piled on and so do the expenses. Soccer, ballet & music classes aren't free.

I only allow my children to choose one activity each year. I think as kids, they should have time to just enjoy being kids and not get bogged down by a vicious itinerary of after-school activities that take away all their free time.

Unfortunately school supplies are not free either. With so much going on, your budget can get pulled in a lot of different directions.

Fortunately, Kmart has savings on back to school so you can breathe easier.
I wish I had learned about the Kmart savings earlier. See this is why you need the mommy grapevine right :)

Pick up everything on their back to school shopping list from backpacks to gym shoes and the latest fall styles for less.

And you know you need all the help you can get, especially if you are purchasing regular clothing for school vs school uniforms! After-all our kids are always wanting the latest trends so they can feel like they do fit in and not have to worry about one more thing during the return to school.

The only question left is what will YOU do with the savings?
I vote picking up something for yourself. It is a new year after all.

Tweet: Give your budget a hall pass. Get this year’s trends for less at #KmartBackToSchool. @Kmart

See The New Kia 2014 Soul + #Win $25 iTunes GC - #Hamsters

Our beautiful little car is not worth anything on the blue book anymore. I wish we could get a nice new car, but our budget is non-existent at the moment.

Most of my lights are wonky and I know it will eventually just keep breaking down. Maybe one day I'll be able to own a new vehicle with sleek new gadgets, speed and safety.

If you are searching for a new vehicle you can't miss the Lean Mean Head-Turning Machine #Hamsters Introducing The New Kia 2014 Soul. The commercial is quite fun and interesting. There are fun moments to smile about during the commercial, but I love the men in black reveal transformation at the end :)

It's sleeker, sexier, and more sophisticated than ever. And we're not just talking about the 2014 Kia Soul. The formerly frumpy Kia hamsters have totally transformed themselves into lean, mean, head-turning machines, much like the all-new Soul. Watch as they hit the gym and shed their furry folds to the tune of the latest and greatest anthem from Lady Gaga, "Applause."

Want to #WIN $25 iTunes Gift Card? Watch The Kia Soul Commercial and tweet your favorite part of the commercials using @Kia and hashtag #hamsters.

Forgiveness: My Heart - 4Ms #Music

I supposed what is stuck in my mind and heart right now is forgiveness. My heart is breaking and burdened and yet I know I'm struggling with forgiveness. I do want to forgive, but how do you forgive the ongoing pain? Maybe if it would stop just a bit I could focus on forgiving, but it just goes on and on.

Never in a million years of my distrust of men, would I expect my own life to be like this, because with all things, I'm usually cautious. I'm no stranger to pain though and I know one day it will not hurt so bad.

So forgiveness is what I'm struggling with right now.

The theme is : Denise RUNDMT her choice is “In your playlist”. What’s your favorite song on repeat at the moment? & Mike's Place has chosen one hit wonders from 1965 & pick them from this listenkipedia.org/wiki/List_of_1960s_one-hit_wonders_in_the_United_States ----- so you can pick from these two!!!

Private Or Public - How Do You Feel?

Back To School is going well here. My children love school and is all around excited to go. There has been no crying and dragging of feet.

Of course my daughter is more excited to go than my son. He  has always maintain that he doesn't like school in a matter a fact way, but he still goes happily without whining. But if you ask him, he'll tell you he wants to stay home with mom.

Baby girl just loves school. She especially loves that she is in first grade now! She tells me that it makes her feels like a 'big girl' :) I just love her!

She also has a wonderful teacher who cares about her students. And she had a wonderful teacher while in kindergarten also!

I miss them still.

Now I need to seek about getting back to school myself and getting a job, because soon, they might come to collect this house.

How do you feel about your kids heading back to school? Excited? Worried? Relieved? Sad?...

We've been missing Aloha Friday. If you are missing it, then do hang out with Pamela - and I and we'll visit y'all too.

Back To School Inspiration - 4Ms #Music

I'm back home from our trip to Montana and in the full swing of back to school. Today Monday will be the kids 4th day back. Kinks are working themselves out.  Thank God we had money to get them their shoes, backpacks and school materials.

The kids love school and seem to come home most delighted each day to regal me with all their adventures! I'm so happy to see the attitudes they have. I pray for them on this journey of life. I hope they get to focus on their learning and not on trivial things that do not matter at all.

I'm waiting for the schedules to line up again so we can start up our date night for each week and each child. I love spending quality one-on-one time with my little loves.

Our host Dolly is healing. I pray she'll be springing back into things soon.
Until then, let's visit and share with each other. Here's to all the lovely children going back to school, who are feeling a bit of anxiety on how they'll fit in.
