Speak Life - 4Ms #Music

I went to church today. I've been absent for a long time due to illness, sports outings and all the other things life throws up.

The band played good music.

I didn't leave my seat to greet anyone.

This lady invited me to sit with her. I told her where I wished to sit, she then decided to come with me :)
After church I left her before she dived in for gossip.

The message was very good: If God be for us, Who can be against us. If God gave his only son for us, what then wont he give us through him?
What can separate us from God? Romans 8:31-39

I sang. I enjoyed singing.
They had a choir today...I might join it.

My kids are already in the kids choir.

God is good.

  2. Very upbeat song to lift the weary hearted. Speak life definitely raises one's hope. Your Bible selection, If God be for us who can come against us speaks volumes, doesn't it? What amazing strength and hope this always gives me when I hear or read these words. Thanks for the encouragement for the new week. It's great to dance with you today, my friend!

  5. That's a nice upbeat tune. My son always goes to 'big church' with me until the songs are over, then I take him to kids' church. He likes that. :)

    1. I like doing that too Rosey. Especially on communion and tithing, so they can learn about these.

  7. I have always loved that title Speak Life -- amazing thing we can do with our words.
It was my turn to teach Sunday school this weekend - which is always a huge blessing. Speaking life into tiny hearts!! They are little sponges I tell you -- and their hearts are so open to receive. it is amazing.

    1. It is so true Rory. The cloak is that many adults refuse to understand just how much children learn while growing in a certain phase.

Glad you got to enjoy teaching and learning with thelittle ones.

  9. Good song. I'm intrigued by how the words flash on screen at an angle.

  11. I know this is a week ago post, but I just started going back to church myself. When your heart is broken, I think it is hard to concentrate on church, which should be the opposite, but I don't know why it's like that.
