I'm really not having a bad day, well...
However we just got to see this movie again and we just love it. One of my favorite part is when he greeted the neighbor with the dog.
And yes of course most times I just want to have my own way. Or better yet, be able to stand up better for myself.
Whatever way, I prefer allowing God to handle my heart. But hey, kids are kids right.
Have a fun Monday! Watch the movie if you haven't.

Can you imagine life without the sweet innocence of youth? I always remember that it's a gift. :)
ReplyDeleteAnd as for wanting to have your own way, do we ever entirely outgrow it? Prolly not, but we get better with age. :)
The innocence of youth is indeed a gift.
DeleteThank you Rosey. I look forward to the wiser.
Baby girl, I've known you a while now and I'm here to say you'll never lose your innocence. It's just not written in your story! Pardon the pun there! :) Wanting your own way that's a part of a woman's heritage. Don't ever think that's out of the ordinary! Keep up the good work... luvin the tunes~ YOU ROCK!
ReplyDeleteYou are sweet Dolly.
DeleteThank you. *HUGS*
It is human nature to want our own way. However, to get along, sometimes we just have to let others have their way.
ReplyDeleteHave a good week.
It is indeed human nature.
DeleteBut love let's us back off right :)
Wanting your own way there is nothing wrong with that now and again
ReplyDeleteNice choices cute and I really like Write Your Story :-)
Have a brilliant rest of week ;-)
Thank you Steve. Glad you like.
DeleteThere's definitely nothing wrong with wanting your own way - I think it's an inherent trait in all of us. ;) Love your choices! Hope you have a great week! :)

Indeed. The kids keep begging to see #2 again
DeleteKids are just kids, but they need to understand the value of what mom wants, too. The biggest problem is that moms feel bad, if they don't allow children to have what they want. It's okay to not give into them every time. This will teach them that the world doesn't revolve around them. I really enjoyed the tune Write Your Story. Have a tunetastic week, Callie!
ReplyDeleteI'm dealing with that just now Cathy and had to catch myself in the feeling bad and asked myself some valid questions. Which I come that it's okay for the boy to feel frustrated and disappointed. Such is life and he can't always get what he wants.
DeleteThanks you.
I think we all want our own way a little bit -- no matter how much we age. human nature.
ReplyDeleteI try to make my kids understand that everyone feels that way -- which is exactly why the should be sensitive to others needs. If we all help one another, it should all balance out.
Beautiful song! I feel much like an empty page these days. Maybe it's Spring, but I am ready for new stories and new beginnings.
And as with life, you will have new stories dahling.
DeleteThank you
Okay, yes, I am late late late - BUT I do have a good excuse. My daughter had her baby last week, and now I am a full fledged grandma! Little Lucille is as cute as a button. I am one proud grandma!
