Baptism is a time of excitement in our church. We have worship, do our baptism and then have a major picnic! It's always a fantastic time and you can't help but wonder how the angels are carrying on in Heaven :)
These are my kids having such an amazing time going through one of the games that were put up for the picnic!
Oh to be kids again when 'those ' things matter :)
Happy Wednesday!

Yup! Makes you want to be a kid again!
DeleteThat's great! We just got a bible! Looks like so much fun!
ReplyDeleteOoh sweet! I remember the falling in love of my first bible!
DeleteThat looks like allot of fun!
ReplyDeleteMy two boys would be all over that. They have been on similar things before and could spend all day on one.
ReplyDeleteYes yes all day!
DeleteWish I had one in my yard!
This looks like it would be a lot of fun for kids, the perfect place for them to play!
ReplyDeleteDefinitely would keep them outside longer :)
DeleteLooks like fun for the whole family
ReplyDeleteMy kids love that kind of thing too. The last baptism at our church had several people, but two were the preachers' grandchildren and you could tell he was all choked up (in a happy way). :)
ReplyDeleteI can imagine the journey and to see your own children accept Christ. Just amazing!
DeleteWhat a fun thing to do, no better way to celebrate than to have a wonderful time!! I want to thank you for stopping by Oh My Heartsie Girl for WW!!
ReplyDeleteHope you have a great week!!

DeleteWhat a great time and an awesome sense of community :)
ReplyDeleteIf only it could be this more often! But we accept and appreciate.
DeleteWhat's better than a bounce house and community?
ReplyDeleteAnd food and music and people. Yowsa! :)
DeleteI tried these at the senior prom once and I was bounced around like a crazy woman while I was trying to make my way through.
ReplyDeleteLOL I"m laughing at that Liz.
DeleteBut it was an adventure right ? :)
Churches always have the best festivals and I think its awesome to have one for such a beautiful event!
ReplyDeleteI agree. It's an amazing time to celebrate and not be solemn like I"ve seen other churches.
DeleteMy son is just now getting to the bounce house age, he loves them.
ReplyDeleteI remember this stage. Trying to keep balance and protecting them from other children :)
DeleteBouncy houses are awesome! I don't know a single kid who doesn't like them.
ReplyDeleteYou are right on the money!
DeleteIn the Philippines we do our baptism on salt water(beach) and after that we have food and just hanging out. We go swimming and do some games. It's a time for celebration for those who have trusted Jesus as their Savior. That is one cool bouncing game.
ReplyDeleteI can imagine that the beach is even more fun!
DeleteTimes like this should always be for celebrating.
It's so nice to learn about another culture too. Thank you for sharing!
I wish I was a kid to enjoy these cute obstacle races :p
