Higher Love Song Stuck In My Head - #Music

Books
Wow. It's amazing how life likes to rock the boat. Usually I'm being tossed around until I'm heaving out everything inside.

I'm trying to beat out depression and trusting in God, even though I feel so much like giving up.

But a day to be alive is a great and blessed day.

I'll keep dancing and choosing good, even when I do not want to.

Theme: Songs stuck inside your head....

Think about it, there must be higher love
Down in the heart or hidden in the stars above
Without it, life is a wasted time
Look inside your heart, I'll look inside mine
Things look so bad everywhere
In this whole world, what is fair?
We walk blind and we try to see
Falling behind in what could be

Bring me a higher love

    1. Oh I love his voice!
And this is when songs actually were written and had words.
      Thank you Steve

  2. Higher Love is a great 80s tune. I always think of the movie, "Stake Out" when I hear it. If you haven't seen that flick, then check it out. It's a lot of fun! I hope your mood lifts soon. I know how the blues keep the mind clouded. Maybe you can dance off those blues today! Have a tunetastic week, Callie!

Indeed I intend to kick that blues to the curb with my word study and lots of music today :)

  5. I LOVE this song!! It's so great -- the words are great and the tune is catchy, but mostly it's a reminder for me to keep my eyes on a better love than this world can offer.
