The Adventures of #PajamaGirl And The Coronation Of The Cupcake Queen

This books makes me wish I was a fancy little girl, enjoying being a child, with parents who loved and took care of me.

I've never had that, but it's good to feel lost in this book.

Of course my daughter will tell you that this girl just embodies her! My kids of course love pancakes, she loves going to school and of course they both LOVE to come home and play!

I love that it teaches that chores should be done before fun play.

Oh but what fun to be excited to go to bed, not just for good healthy rest, but also to have so many fun adventures in your dreams!

If I had such fun pajamas, I'd want to visit Italy! I want to dance to the music, twirl in meadows, eat pizza and ride horses! I want all that Italy has to offer bebe!

What would you want your fun pajamas to do for you?

I love that Ellie and Princess sis prays before bed. This is how my children and I are after our daily days.

Now to the dream adventures! I remember when I had my first cupcakes. I couldn't believe they were so good! And way different from muffins :)
So to us, Pajama Girl could never have a better adventure.
This story is so cute and fun and a grab, snuggle and read many times kinda book!

I'm so glad I got to read this one. We just need to have a dream getaway every now and then.  However, I really wish the author had spent more time on the important life lesson that all children need to learn.

Even though my daughter/kids (The boy didn't mind hearing it) have past this reading level, they still enjoy a good story!

This is definitely a fun read for the little ones!

About The Book:
A cute, illustrated story about a girl's imagination and her magical pajamas, in this adventure, Ellie's cupcake pajamas pave the way for she and her sis to take a journey to a land filled with all kinds of sweet treats. Their journey quickly turns into an adventure to help the Cupcake Queen find the missing sprinkles needed for her coronation ceremony.
In searching for the missing sprinkles, Ellie and Sis uncover a life lesson that is important for every child to learn.

About The Author:

Sandra Hagee Parker lives in San Antonio, Texas with her husband, Ryan, and their daughters, Olivia and Elliana -- the original pajamas girls. A practicing attorney, Sandy is also a part of the music ministry at Cornerstone Church where she and her husband are leaders. When not working or writing, Sandy enjoys traveling with her family and mastering the art of making Pancakes a la Pajama Girl with her two girls.
