Exhale - Inhale - They Work Together In Sweet #Music

Apparently it was Natioinal Ice Cream Day and I almost missed it. The kids had the fun klondike bar they seem to like and I had pistachio in cones. I love icecream in cones!  Oh yea, and I did have two cones at once :D *Big GRIN*

Anyway I wanted to share this lovely song with you.

I have been traveling a rough road for a long time now. I've not let it smashed me into the ground. I crawl up and keep going. I see the blessings. I ask God to sustain me.

I've learned that it's okay to not be okay and let it happen and wait and work towards the change.

A dear friend of mine is going through a terrible time right now and I so wish I could take away her burdens. It's even so much harder with a young child.

I'm here praying support for her and listening through emails. I hope she will see some measure of mercy, love and care as she finds her foundation again. Please lift her up in prayer.

You know who you are. *HUGS* and prayers.

Anyway Our theme for Monday's Music Moves Me is  "80's Music with a twist

Its okay
To not be okay
This is a safe place
This is a safe place
Don't be afraid
Don't be ashamed
There's still hope here
There's still hope
No matter what you've done
Or who you are
Everyone is welcome
In His arms
Chorus
Just let go
Let His love wrap around you
And hold you close
Get lost in the surrender
Breathe it in, until your heart breaks
And exhale, exhale
Spirit come
Tear down the walls
That only you can
That only you can
Reconcile, this heart to yours
Right now God, right now
Oh God
We breathe in your grace
We breathe in your grace
And exhale
Oh God
We do not exist for us
But to share your grace and love
And exhale
(repeat)

  13. Tough times are very hard, sometimes we are just an ear to listen. Sometimes we are the text message that says just what we need to hear. Trouble doesn't last always.
