Same Power - Bridges The #Music Monday Mood

I found out the source of most of my heavy fatigue. Not good, but things will work out I'm sure.

I still don't have a stove - hoping that will be fixed soon. I feel absolutely alien, not being able to cook!

Our old car has been such a blessing. It takes us where we want to go. A lady from school called her 'old red' haha.
To me, she is old faithful.  I hope we can get vehicles serviced and ready to handle the family activities.

No school tomorrow. Maybe I will sleep in???
As if that ever happens! Have a GREAT week y'all!

Welcome to MMMM. Our theme: FREEBIE - Share whatever music you want.

I can see
Waters raging at my feet
I can feel
The breath of those surrounding me
I can hear
The sound of nations rising up
We will not be overtaken
We will not be overcome

I can walk
Down this dark and painful road
I can face
Every fear of the unknown
I can hear
All God's children singing out
We will not be overtaken
We will not be overcome

The same power that rose Jesus from the grave
The same power that commands the dead to wake
Lives in us, lives in us
The same power that moves mountains when He speaks
The same power that can calm a raging sea
Lives in us, lives in us
He lives in us, lives in us

We have hope
That His promises are true
In His strength
There is nothing we can't do
Yes, we know
There are greater things in store
We will not be overtaken
We will not be overcome

The same power that rose Jesus from the grave
The same power that commands the dead to wake
Lives in us, lives in us
The same power that moves mountains when He speaks
The same power that can calm a raging sea
Lives in us, lives in us
He lives in us, lives in us

Greater is He that is living in me
He's conquered our enemy
No power of darkness
No weapon prevails
We stand here in victory

The same power that rose Jesus from the grave
The same power that commands the dead to wake
Lives in us, lives in us
The same power that moves mountains when He speaks
The same power that can calm a raging sea
Lives in us, lives in us
He lives in us, lives in us

  3. Everyone still likes Tracy Chapman, but she's just not as popular as she use to be. Kids love all that screamin' and nonsensical crap. :( It's very sad. Your first song was very nice. I like his voice. Have a great week.

I hate all the damn screaming.

  4. I wonder if a sponsor would want to showcase a stove. Your blog's popular, has a great following and a huge sales influence (I've purchased things you've written about). AND it's close to Christmas. Could be worth a try. :)

Glad you found the source of your fatigue. All is good now you know so you can fix it at the root? Lemme know, if you want! Hugs, prayers, and millions of happy thoughts, Collette!

  5. I'm with Rosey - hope you can fix the source of your fatigue! At least you know the 'what/why', that's always a relief to *know*. ((HUGZ!)) And yes! Here's hoping you can get a sponsor to give you a stove for review! That would be sweet! :)

LOVE your song choices as usual, Callie! Thanks for the dance! :)

  6. I'm sorry to hear you're so tired. I hope that it isn't anything serious. You'll be in my thoughts and prayers regarding your health. Oh, double bummer ~ stove trouble! Your life sounds a bit like mine. Our appliances keep tearing up, but the fixes are generally simple except for our refrigerator and that's gonna have to be replaced as soon as DH gets another job. Thankfully, we have a backup refrigerator to keep things at the proper temperature. God will provide our needs, right? Oh well, thank you dear for visiting. It's great to dance with you this evening! {{HUGS}}

    1. Cathy I"m so glad you have a back up refrigerator! Very helpful in times like that.
It's amazing how things can happen that reminds us of 40 years ago right.

Thank you for prayers. Always appreciated dearly.
