Our Christmas day took a detour. I was shocked to learn of a mother I know in the hospital. She had lost her six months old pregnancy. I had just seen her days before and all was well. She was so very excited for this baby after so many miscarriages.
She said, they said the cord had wrapped around the baby.
I rushed to the hospital on Christmas day. We didn't cook or bake. We spent the time just visiting with her. She is still in shock and hopes this is a dream.
I feel such sadness for her. I'm hoping I know how I can help. I want her to get professional help to help her grieve and heal.
I wish I knew how to help her through.
My kids were so understanding and helped me make dinner and baking the next day.
I hope y'all had a blessed Christmas with your family and friends.
Welcome to another Monday.
I was so glad to have youtube for my Christmas music this year. It seems the radio stations forgot to play Christmas songs.
I love Pentatonix! And so does my children. I love hearing my daughter sing along.
Aloha
