Healthy Breakfast Smoothie With Yogurt

I've been making smoothies again this Summer. I stopped for a long time, but so far, some taste better than some and the kids will let you know.

Healthy Breakfast Smoothie With Yogurt

You can have this smoothie for breakfast, and you'll feel satisfied until lunchtime.

1 c plain nonfat yogurt

1 banana
½ c orange juice
6 frozen strawberries - I put more strawberries. I love my berries.
Honey - a squirt or so.
Ice. - you don't have to. I just love my ice.

COMBINE the honey,  yogurt, banana, juice, and strawberries for 20 seconds. Scrape down the sides and blend for an additional 15 seconds.

  1. That sounds great. Will have to try it soon. Thanks :)

    1. I hope you do. It's healthy and the kids love it!

  2. Love my ice in the smoothies too, Colette! This sounds really good!

  3. Looks delicious. We have been making smoothies alllllllll... Summer long. Temps are high and our kids don't want a hot breakfast when it's a 100+ degrees outside. Smoothies are great.

    1. Same here Tomi.
I'm about to go make some now!
