Don't Put The Blame On You - #Music Weather

Welcome to Monday y'all! It's a great day to be alive.

This is the day that the Lord has made!

These past two or three weeks are crazy busy.  The kids just came off a week of soccer camp. The British Soccer Challenger.
I tell you, they know their stuff.
They had offered a free day of soccer a few months back and I took the kids to go enjoy participating.
My son loves playing soccer, but my daughter just started showing interest in it and wanted to do it this year instead of dance.

It was the perfect introduction for her. And she loved it!

Their father was able to see it and had them signed up for the camp. I was surprised because I didn't think we had the money to cover it. I just thought we'd do the free day and that would be it.

I'm so glad they had this opportunity. The guys made it very fun, interesting and informative for the children!  The kids are still talking about it.  It will be a camp they won't soon forget.

Anyway, cooling down a bit and yet so much to do and the weather so HOT and humid only get relieved by rain and said rain can put a damper on plans, so let's blame it on the rain eh.

  1. Callie, thanks for the introduction to a new-to-me artist. I enjoyed the song. We certainly can Blame It On the Rain these days. We're getting more than our share. Unfortunately, we aren't getting much relief from the heat, if nothing else it make things more sticky afterwards. I'm ready for fall weather, how about you? Keep on dancin', my friend and a have a tunetastic week!

    1. Oh Cathy, today school was cancelled because of the harsh rains and thunder.
I love the time with my kids, but indeed it makes it so sticky with our state being so humid!
      I will welcome fall.
Summer has it's purpose right :)

  2. My son played soccer for years. It's a great sport! A little rain on a hot day is a great thing.

  6. My grandchildren have been playing baseball. I am sure they would love soccer also. These types of activities are so good for the kids. They do get expensive though. Thank you so much for sharing
