Cowboy Rustlin' Spaghetti + Hidden Trails/Montana Trails Series #Book Tour

Something weird has been happening to my library cards. We are sorting it out and then the kids and I will be very happy again.

Do you own a library card? How do you get your books?

Now how about a nice recipe to take into the changing of seasons?

Let's git'r'done!

Cowboy Rustlin’ Spaghetti

There’s a secret to a hot cowboy, and it’s usually associated to how hot he likes his chili spaghetti.

Ingredients:
Canned Chili (one can per two people)
Canned corn (drained) (one can per two cans of chili)
Can of diced tomatoes (15 oz. not drained)
Shredded cheddar cheese
Chopped onion
Cooked spaghetti noodles
Red, yellow, and orange bell peppers chopped (1 cup)

Directions:
Combine chili, corn, tomatoes into pan and cook, stirring until bubbling.
Toss with cooked spaghetti noodles and chopped peppers.
Serve and top with onion and cheddar cheese and a dollop of sour cream.
Can be served by a campfire or at the table.

Delicious!
