Empower - Make Your Move To A Healthier You!

I've become unhealthy in my exercise choices of late. I used to exercise more often and found it very helpful to me.
However, ever since I've been learning about my anemia and how bad off I am with it, I've slowed down.
I am trying to eat better again while taking my supplements to boost my blood and I am thinking that it will be okay, and helpful to do even just a bit of exercise again.

When I exercise at home, I use a variety of outlets to keep me interested and consistent. I've never been to a gym. It's not something that's in our budget and I think I prefer to sweat in my own home and grunt as I please :)

While I use online videos, videos I've purchased and my jump ropes for my exercise routines, my favorite by far, is the jump roping. It's easier to do an all-in-one on most days.
