Prayers + Travel + Labor Day Or Summer 4Ms #Music

UPDATE!
He finally checked in after 7 days!!!!!! He was in a most remote location and had no connection. Sigh of relief. It was quite an emotional and gut wrenching state of having to wait to hear what was up.

Thanks y'all.

My heart is heavy y'all.
My husband works overseas and I am unable to get in contact with him for awhile now. Please keep him in prayers. Please keep our family in prayers.

 September 4th: Freebie or  Labor Day theme is tunes regarding Labor Day & last days of summer!  Whichever you'd like to do or combine;

Do you or someone you know suffer from KIDNEY STONES? Allan Sheff suffered from these several times in the hospital and heavy pain killers to help him pass them. Not a single stone in over a year - thank you PLEXUS!!
๐ŸŽฏ Plexus can absolutely help, and here's why:
✔️ 80% of kidney stones are calcium build up -- that your body didn't process. You need magnesium to process calcium, so Biocleanse is perfect! Another thing you need to fight kidney stone tendency is a higher pH level -- a more alkaline environment. What raises pH level? Biocleanse to the rescue again.
✔️ Poor digestion contributes to kidney stones. Where does digestion happen? Your gut. You NEED ProBio5 to fix your gut!
✔️ Poor mineral absorption contributes to kidney stones. Where does absorption happen? Your gut. ProBio5 again, along with MegaX to nourish the healing and rebuilding of intestinal wall cells.
✔️Aloe is needed to reduce crystallization of minerals, and what supplement has aloe? XFactor! Aloe also increases absorption, which remember is crucial to fighting kidney stones.
✔️ B vitamins reduce calcium deposits. XFactor for the win again, along with Nerve -- full of methylated B vitamins.
✔️ Lowering inflammation is crucial in fighting kidney stones. Where does inflammation begin? Your gut. ProBio5 and Biocleanse for healing your gut, Slim, MegaX, and Ease for further reducing inflammation.
✔️ Antioxidants, vitamin E, getting rid of heavy metals, reducing sugar, and good thyroid healthare also important.
๐ŸŽฏ Ingredients in Slim contribute to gut health, balance sugar, support thyroid health, chelate heavy metals, and alpha lipoic acid in particular is a powerful antioxidant. MegaX and XFactor help with vitamin E absorption, and are both powerful antioxidants. Block, too, helps deal with sugar and supports thyroid health.
๐Ÿ’ฅ ALL the Plexus supplements have so many components to them that can help fight kidney stones!!!

  3. Thinking of you and your family; I also hope you hear from him soon. In the meantime, enjoying "9 to 5"; such a fun song! (I wonder how many young people listening to this know what a typewriter sound is.)

  6. Baby Girl, I had no idea. I didn't know that he worked overseas! If you're that worried don't you know any other wives of men that work with him? Or maybe just contact the company & tell them of your dilemma I would. You are always in my prayers and I will put the whole family on radar of the Lord! Amen His Angels will bring him home.

  7. Colette,

I know these sorts of worries. DH used to work in 10-hours from home. I only got to see him once a month. This was in the days before cell phone popularity. The only way I knew to contact him was at work or the hotel he called home temporarily. You're in my thoughts and prayers. I'm trusting God has His hands on your hubby and all is well. Sending hugs and love your way!

  9. Hi Colette,
Hoping that all is well with your husband and that he stays safe. It must be hard with him working overseas. Will keep you in my thoughts.

Regarding 9 to 5: my favorite Dolly Parton song! I saw her several years ago at the Austin Aqua Fest and she was phenomenal and so glad I got to see her live.

    Have a good weekend,
    Michele at Angels Bark
