Classic Thanksgiving In A Contented Way

I hope y'all had a lovely Thanksgiving with family or alone.
My kids and I enjoyed a quiet and relaxing time together. And as usual, they do enjoy my cooking and I am glad that they do.

Now the leftovers are even more delightful! And soon there will be soups from the bones!

How did y'all do?

I was flipping the channel and saw the little kids dancing with the stars and heard this song. I like it.

  1. Colette,

How are you doing, my friend? I'm glad you had a content time with your kiddies over Thanksgiving. I can't believe it's the end of November, can you? The one thing about the holidays I love is the left-overs! We'll be eating on them all week. ;) Have a boogietastic week, dearie!

    1. I agree Cathy. I do love love the leftovers!

  2. Good song! I'm glad you had a good Thanksgiving.

  3. I am glad that you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. What a beautiful song and quote.

  4. I'm glad you had a relaxing Thanksgiving, and that the kids love your cooking. ;) We relaxed here, too (well, of course I cooked allllll day long, but I love to cook, so that was relaxing for me...heh!) Loved your song choice! Thanks for the introduction! Have a great weekend! :)

    1. It's better when you do love cooking. Thanks Stacy :)

  5. Nice choice. Thank you for hosting. Have a great week!

  6. We love the soup, too. The turkey makes such a wonderful broth. The song was new to me - catchy.
