This was a few weeks ago when we were potty training. Doesn't matter how smart she is , she is not getting it so I've decided to stop and start again whenever she really gets it and it's less stressful this way, even though it drives me crazy sometimes. However those would end up in the potty with the pee. yuck!

This is too cute! Happy WW!!!
ReplyDeletei don't have any issues on potty training my kids. i started training them since they were six months old. I usually placed their favorite toys around the potty to help make potty training fun and easy.
ReplyDeleteThe joys of parenting!
ReplyDeleteHappy WW.
I thank my lucky stars nearly every day that the "joys" of potty training are over for me!
ReplyDeleteYou're doing the right thing. Kids pick it up at their own pace. LOVE this pic, lol
ReplyDeleteI'd do what you're doing. The potty sure brings out her creative side!
ReplyDeleteYes teaching them early...Now we all ready, write and draw in the Wash Closet.
ReplyDeleteI know that I was a lot less stressed about potty training than some of my friends, and some where down right horrified that she was 3 1/2 before everything completely stuck; but in the end you can't look at the kids and tell who trained when.

Looks like she had too much to do while she was on there. lol The last daycare kiddo that I helped potty train was not getting it then his doctor said completely forget it for 30 days then jump at it again full force, no diapers at all. Wham, he was potty trained in two weeks:) Good luck!!

I decided with both my kids not to stress out about it and just wait and they both were potty trained with very little trouble -- just not as early as some people might have liked :-) I was sure my son was never going to potty train but he did before he was four so that was better then I expected -- LOL.
ReplyDeleteCute photo!
try the real toilet - it may work better - I never had good luck with the tiny potty seats - but great luck with the real deal
ReplyDeleteHow sweet! I think you're right--she will go on the potty when she wants to! (Usually happens before 25:)Take care!
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, that photo is hilarious!
ReplyDeleteLOL!!
ReplyDeleteGood that you decided to take some stress off both of you and wait. Sometimes it's more hassle than it's worth!
Oh no! I'm dreading potty training, and I know it's sneaking up on me.
ReplyDeleteI hope she does better the next time around. Maybe get her some sort stickers for her potty so she can decorate it and entice her to use it.
LOL!!! She'll get it soon.. I know she will!
ReplyDeleteThat's exactly what I did and I am so glad I did! When I started again I was less stressed and she was more ready, so she trained in 1 week! Totally worth waiting. Good luck!
ReplyDeleteHaha, this is so cute! Don't worry, she'll get it soon. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting my WW.
