It was minus normal weather there. COLD!

    When people need a smoke, they need a smoke, I guess. I was amazed at the intrepid smokers when I was in Minneapolis a couple of winters ago. Poor freezing, forlorn things.

    About 11 or 12 yrs. ago I was doing the same thing. Wherever & didn't care how cold it was outside. LOL I sure hope she doesn't go knocking on any doors in that get up! LOL
